SYRAH Bar & counter stool, swivel

We were replacing 20 year old barstools that had held up beautifully but were getting worn and dated. We looked at a lot of options. It’s always a bit of a risk ordering online without seeing the product. However, we’re very pleased with the look and comfort of these barstools, and glad we took the risk. They shipped quickly and were simple to put together. They do not look or feel cheap. That said, barstools that we considered from higher end furniture stores were more luxurious with real leather and wood. BUT, they were more than double the price! With a family, the Syrah bar stool was the perfect choice. For reference, we selected the Moonlight Sarna color which is a light gray-griege color.

Super comfortable, easy to put together.

These chairs were very easy to assemble, although it did take two people to hold the original setup of the legs in place. I imagine it could be done by one person if that person were clever. Once the legs are assembled, everything else is very easy. The instructions are super simple and completely graphic. No words required. Once assembled, the chairs are very comfortable with excellent back support. We are tall, hubby is 6‘6“. These chairs are perfect for our counter height, Island.. Although we have not had them long, they seem to be very, very sturdy. We also bought a third and I will put the same review there. Please note, the chairs opposition in front of our current kitchen bar, which is bar height. They are intended for our new home which has a counter height, Island.

These chairs are absolutely beautiful! They were very easy to assemble and I just love them. The material is durable and the chairs are very fashionable. These are very nice barstools . I am very impressed with the quality . They are very sturdy and swivel nicely . Also love the fact that I can wipe them off easily . My husband loves them and he is not small . He said they are very comfortable . So glad I ordered them .

I was able to assemble it myself without any issues, as the process was straightforward and hassle-free. The moonlight color is true to its description—definitely moonlight—so if you’re looking for a lighter shade, you might want to consider the white option. Overall, it’s a solid piece that fits nicely into my space.

Strong and beautiful

I was originally worried that these would be flimsy or uncomfortable, but no worries.

I am over 200 lbs and fit comfortably, with my full weight supported. I also lean back, while I put my feet up on the counter, no issues.

I can also swivel fully without any squeaking.

My only complaint is that the back rest moves ever so slightly up and down, not matter how much I tighten it. It's less than an inch, but it annoys me. Visually, you can't tell, but I've gotten used to pulling the back up after anyone has sat on them.

Otherwise, very good looking and highly recommend.

The headline pretty much sums up this chair. It surpasses my expectations. I have owned custom-made bar stools and this chair is even better than those. It is sturdy, gorgeous and the most important factor — comfortable. You won't want to get out of it honestly. It is that comfortable! I really can't describe how comfortable this chair is to sit in. The arms and the back are what makes this chair stand out. I ordered the beige and it is a beautiful color. It is a bigger chair so you probably won't be able to fit as many in an area but it is so nice. I also have the Moravia chairs and they are very nice too. I definitely recommend!

I purchased the grey swivel chair. Assembling it was fairly easy and straightforward. When I sat on it was the perfect height and it was very comfortable.

So well made for a put-together-yourself counter chair. The cushions are ideal for an upscale look and feel. They are super comfortable and easy to swivel 360 degrees. Very happy with my new chairs!

For my Counter height kitchen island. They did not fit underneath the countertop. The seat height was great but the arms/back was to high to fit underneath. One chair has wrinkled at the back of the chair. I could only get 3 chair to my island because of the width of the chairs. Overall I am greatly pleases with the chairs. I am glad I ordered them.
