1. What should I do when my credit card is declined?
Please check that all the information you entered during the checkout process is correct. If your payment is still declined, please try a different credit card.
A credit card's postal code not being updated will also cause the payment to fail. Please contact your credit card company to update your postal code and try again.
If you believe your card was declined due to an error on our part, please contact us.
2. Why was I charged twice for the same order?
We never charge the same order twice. Typically, due to tax adjustments or other reasons, the first charge authorization will be invalid and the second charge will be successfully captured.
The first failed debit will be returned to your account via the same route. If you still need to verify your transaction history, we recommend contacting your credit card company for verification.
3. Why was I charged sales tax?
Depending on your state, some categories of items are taxed and others are not. We're required to charge sales tax on applicable items if the state you're in mandates it.
Tax adjustments may result in an increase in the final payment amount of the order, or the order may be paid twice when in fact only one payment was successfully made.
4. Why isn't my coupon code working?
- Your coupon may have expired or may have already been used on a previous order.
- Each coupon code can only be used once by the same person.
- Coupons do not apply to shipping fees or service.
- Coupons may not apply to limited-time sales or clearance items.
- Some coupons apply only to specific items.
- There may be prerequisites for the use of coupon codes, such as a minimum purchase or impose a maximum savings.
If the above exceptions do not cover the coupon you wish to use, or if you have any other question, please contact us.
5. Why didn't I receive an order confirmation email?
Normally, our system will automatically send an order confirmation email once the order payment is completed.
If you have not received it, please contact us to confirm the order status.
6. What is the Price-Match Policy?
The price of the same product may vary slightly due to different stores/promotions. We are unable to keep the prices of our online store exactly the same at all times.
But we strive to provide you with the lowest price for the same quality products or services. Upon receipt of your request, we will refund the difference to match the lower price you offer.
Limitations for requesting a price match:
- The item must be an identical item, including the same brand name, size, weight, color, quantity, and model number.
- You purchased products from our website and have proof of purchase. Orders from any other place are not covered by this policy.
- Requests must be made within 30 days of receiving the products.
- Products not covered by this policy: clearance items, bundle deals ('buy together' offers), and items past 30 days. In addition, multi-piece set prices cannot be used for single-item price matching.

We may update our Price Match Policy from time to time, including to reflect changes in our services, or for other operational, legal, or regulatory reasons. We will post revised Price Match Policy on the website, updating the "Updated" date.
