Refund policy

Please read the following guide if you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase and would like to return, change, or cancel your order.

*NOTE: Please keep the original box in good condition in case you need to return the product.

Returns

We want you to be delighted with the products you purchase from BEKRVIO at https://bekrvio.com/.

 At BEKRVIO, we take great pride in the quality of our products. Most items are eligible for return within 30 days of delivery for a refund of the merchandise value, minus any applicable fees (see Refunds below).

To qualify for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition as when you received it, and in its original packaging (conditions may apply). If the original packaging is unavailable, you are responsible for arranging equivalent packaging. Please note that you are liable for any damage incurred during transit due to improper packaging.

Once your return request is approved, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label at no cost to you. Please note that, depending on the reason for the return, a 20% restocking fee may apply in accordance with our Return Policy (see Refunds below).

How to Make a Return

1. Log in to your account or click ORDER.

2. Go to Order and select the order you wish to return. If the order contains multiple items, select only the item(s) you would like to return.

3. Choose the appropriate return reason. Our Customer Service team will review your request and respond within 24 hours.

4. Once your request is approved, you will receive a prepaid return shipping label by email.

5. Pack the item securely, preferably in its original packaging.

6. Drop off the package at your nearest FedEx location. If you are unable to drop off your return, please contact our Customer Support team for further assistance.

7. Once we receive your return, our warehouse will inspect the item. If the return meets our policy requirements, your refund will be processed within 1–3 business days.

Refunds:

Please note that a 20% restocking fee applies to all returned items. This fee will be deducted from your refund.
However, if the return is due to shipping issues or a product quality problem, we will waive this fee and provide a full refund.

We will notify you once your item has been received and inspected. If your return is approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow 1-3 business days for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. Refunds can typically be expected within 1-4 business days after processing. However, refunds for some banks may only be reflected in your next monthly statement.

Return address:

Once your item is approved for return, you may choose to use the return shipping label we provide or use a carrier of your choice. If you choose to use your own carrier, please send your item to the following address:

If you choose to return the item yourself, you are responsible for any damage that happens during shipping because of improper packaging.

*NOTE: Our warehouses are not open to the public, and direct parcel drop-offs are not permitted. If you need to return a product, please contact us in advance. We will provide you with the nearest return location and issue a return label for your convenience.

Exchanges:

BEKRVIO wants you to feel completely confident in your purchase, which is why we offer an exchange service within 14 days of delivery.

If you need a different color or chair height, please contact our Customer Support team. We may be able to send a replacement seat cushion or parts directly, so you do not need to return the entire set.

If you would like to exchange your item for a different product, please contact our Customer Support team within 14 days of delivery. We will guide you through the exchange process and assist with your request based on product availability.

Order Cancellations

We typically prepare and ship orders within 8–12 hours. If you wish to modify or cancel your order, please submit your request through your account by clicking ORDER, or contact our Customer Support team as soon as possible.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email with your tracking number.

Before Shipment

Orders canceled before shipment are eligible for a full refund at no additional cost.

After Shipment

If your order has already been shipped, we will do our best to intercept the shipment. However, interception cannot be guaranteed.

  • If the shipment is successfully intercepted, your refund will be processed once the interception is confirmed. A 20% restocking fee may apply, depending on the reason for the cancellation.
  • If the shipment cannot be intercepted and is delivered, please refuse the delivery and contact our Customer Support team at support@bekrvio.com for further assistance. A 20% restocking fee may apply, depending on the reason for the cancellation.

If your order has already been delivered and you wish to return it, please follow the instructions in our Return Policy.

Address Changes

Address changes requested before shipment will be updated free of charge whenever possible. If your order has already been shipped, please contact our Customer Support team. We will do our best to assist you, although address changes cannot always be guaranteed once a shipment is in transit.

Non-Cancelable Items

The following items are not eligible for cancellation, return, or refund unless they arrive damaged or defective:

  • Items marked as Clearance.
  • Items marked as Final Sale.
  • Display or showroom items.

If you choose to cancel your existing order and place a new one, please note that the new order will be processed separately and will have its own estimated delivery date.

Exceptions / non-returnable items:

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on clearance items or gift cards. Please contact us at support@bekrvio.com
