LIGHT LAGER (2 CHAIRS) Dining chair

My wife recently purchased an expensive dining table from Neiman Marcus that seats 12. We opted to not purchase the suggested chairs due to $$$$$. After shopping stores and online, I came across these chairs, surprisingly similar to the Neiman chairs but at a suspiciously low price. We decided to order 2 to see how they looked. Then ordered 6 more. Plan to order 4 more before Thanksgiving.

I am beyond thrilled with the quality, comfort, and outstanding customer service I received. These chairs are an absolute game-changer for anyone looking to elevate their dining experience without breaking the bank.

First and foremost, the comfort level of these chairs is unparalleled. The plush cushioning provides the perfect balance of support and softness. Whether you're hosting a dinner party or enjoying a quiet family meal, these chairs will undoubtedly enhance the overall dining atmosphere.

One standout feature is the remarkable sturdiness of these chairs. Crafted with precision, the chairs arrive in two parts… upholstered seat/back and leg frame. Bolting together is effortless in under 5 minutes. The chairs are incredibly stable, providing a sense of security and reliability, making them ideal for everyday use.

What truly sets this purchase apart, however, is the exceptional customer service provided by the seller. Unfortunately, one of the chairs arrived with a seat puncture due to shipping box mishandling. I contacted the customer service team, and to my surprise, they responded promptly and efficiently. Without any hassle, they arranged for a replacement to be sent out immediately.

The hassle-free process of replacing the damaged chair speaks volumes about the commitment this company has to customer satisfaction. In a world where exemplary customer service is often hard to come by, this experience was a breath of fresh air.

In summary, if you're in the market for affordable luxury dining chairs that deliver on both comfort and durability, look no further. These chairs not only exceeded my expectations in terms of quality, but the responsive and accommodating customer service turned a potential setback into an effortless resolution. I wholeheartedly recommend these chairs to anyone seeking an unbeatable combination of style, comfort, price, and outstanding customer care. 👍👍👍

These chairs are so beautiful, comfortable and matched perfectly with my table! The first 4 chairs and the bases arrived within a week, with the remaining 2 chairs and bases arriving 3 days after that. These chairs were easy to put together and you don't need any separate tools to do so. You only need an Allen wrench and it's included with each pack of screws for each chair. Lightweight and sturdy!! Everyone who has seen them just loves them!

These were a fantastic price for 4 chairs and the quality is very good. Material feels luxurious but should be easy to wipe clean. The cushioning is nice and tightly filled so the seat feels firm. I like chairs with a very "upright" position and the backs of these are in a good position so that dinner guests can be relaxed but not leaning back too far in the seat. Customer service was great - I let the company know that ONE chair leg cap was missing and they quickly sent me an entire bag of caps so I'm set if any crack in the future. Excellent value for the price.

The chairs are sturdy and look nice.

Nice chair, fairly comfortable and great colors. Loved the ability to mix/match the set since it is also offered in sets of 2. The Wine is more of a fuchsia and the khaki is more gold but that seems noticeable in the photos. I purchased 2 Wine and 2 Khaki.

Solid chair with a beautiful velvet fabric..

These chairs are surprisingly very comfortable and good quality. My husband helped me put them together, but it was not very difficult at all. I recommend.

Should sell set of 8

First we bought the gray ones, and then the black ones ... both velvet and decided that we wanted to go with the darker look. We ended up keeping two of the gray chairs and have eight of the black ones.

We would highly recommend these chairs for a contemporary look I'm sure the other colors are great as well.

Also we were in communication with the seller and they were very helpful and prompt to respond to our messages.

All chair deliveries came well packaged with no deformities or issues. They were very easy to put together, are pretty comfortable, and look amazing.

These chairs are fantastic and a great price. We replaced our old dining chair and these look great and are high quality. They were easy to assemble and they are well constructed. Highly recommend!!!

These chairs are wonderful. They look elegant, and the material takes on a satin finish in certain lighting. They are easy to assemble. I thought the packing was excellent for shipping and covered the seats, frame, and legs very well. They arrived in excellent shape. Very satisfied with this product.

We love the dining chairs. Perfect size gor our small dining room

They were surprising pretty and fit perfectly at my table that I didn't want 2 replace. The material they were made out of looked really nice.

The chairs are nice. They are strong, they will support you. The thickness of the seat cushion lifts the seat up. Every one, friends and family, who has sat down remarked 'this is a little high'. If you stand under 5' 8" your feet are going to dangle if you sit completely back in the chair. Because of the height it can be uncomfortable. Your knee will not have that 90 degree bend. I wished I could take the feet off to drop the frame of the chair down an inch. I wouldn't change the cushions - they are comfortable. Nice fabric. All parts were included and easy to assemble. The chairs are pretty. I would recommend. I'm taking off one star because of the height.

I love these chairs!
Besides being sturdy they have a beautiful rich color. They look great in my dining room.I have a round glass table.I purchased four chairs.I love them so much that I will be purchasing two more.

The chairs were very easy to assemble. They are greener than I expected — I was thinking they would be more of an olive green but they are really emerald green. Still, they are comfortable enough and go well with my dark wood table and gold walls in our breakfast room.

We love this affordable set of gray velvet dining chairs. They give our dining area the elegance we were looking for. They are pretty, sturdy and just the right height.
The chairs came very well pack, and no peices were missing. There were a couple chairs that had very minor scratches. They were on the inside of the legs and very unnoticed once built. Overall very happy with this purchase.

Beautiful chairs easily stained though

Missing parts

The product is amazing and saler also helpful thanks again

Very sharp looking, and incredibly sturdy. Like, very very sturdy, I'm impressed by the build quality.

One of the chairs broke after one month and the seller kept contacting me. I hadn’t seen the messages for a while but as soon as I was able to reply they were very quick to message me back. They are sending me one of the newer ones to fix my issue. I couldn’t be happier with the seller. As for the chairs they are super comfortable and sturdy

Nice padding, comfortable and elegant. Goes very well with my kitchen table.

Exceeded my expectations and arrived really fast! Love them!!

These chairs are surprisingly very comfortable and good quality. My husband helped me put them together, but it was not very difficult at all. I recommend.
